Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Mortgage Easy App (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Realtor partners must provide accurate and verifiable professional credentials upon registration.

3. License to Use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or professional use, subject to these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

a. Partner Subscription Plans

Mortgage Easy App offers premium subscription plans for realtors:

• Founder Plan: $39/month – available to the first 50 partners only
• Early Access Plan: $49/month – available to partners 51–100
• Standard Plan: $99/month – available after the first 100 subscriptions
• Annual Plan: $499/year – available to all partners at any time

Once the Founder and Early Access limits are reached, they are permanently closed. Former subscribers of these plans who cancel will forfeit their discounted rate and may only return under the Standard or Annual plan.

b. Homebuyer Premium Access (One-Time)

Homebuyers may purchase a one-time premium plan that grants lifetime access to all advanced calculator tools and features. This payment is not a recurring fee and includes unlimited usage.

c. Billing and Renewal

Partner subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date. Homebuyer plans are paid once and do not renew.

d. Cancellation and Pricing Tier Loss

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Important: Canceling a Founder or Early Access plan will result in permanent loss of that discounted rate. Re-subscribing requires joining under the Standard or Annual plan.

e. Refund Policy

Partner subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial payment. Refunds after this window are not offered unless legally required. Homebuyer one-time purchases are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully or to mislead others
• Disrupt or harm system functionality or data integrity
• Submit false or misleading personal or property data
• Upload malicious software or interfere with security

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, and software are owned by Mortgage Easy App or licensed accordingly. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or applicability of any calculator output, assistance programs, or third-party information. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or legal advisor.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months, if any.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], with venue and jurisdiction located in [Insert County, State].

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy comprise the full agreement between you and Mortgage Easy App.

12. RESPA Compliance Statement

We do not accept referral fees, kickbacks, or promotional compensation from real estate professionals, lenders, or agencies in violation of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
