These Terms of Service govern your use of mortgageeasyapp.com and its mortgage, paycheck, and 401(k) calculators, state and city calculator pages, comparison tools, downloadable reports, educational resources, feedback features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms or use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. What Mortgage Easy App provides

Mortgage Easy App is an independent educational calculator website. The Services help users model mortgage costs and affordability, preview estimated take-home pay, explore 401(k) contributions and employer matching, compare mortgage scenarios, and research local housing considerations and assistance programs.

Mortgage Easy App is not a lender, loan originator, mortgage application, broker, real estate agent, payroll provider, tax preparer, investment adviser, financial adviser, attorney, or government agency. We do not accept loan applications, make credit or employment decisions, approve financing, execute trades, prepare tax returns, or match users with lenders.

3. Estimates are not professional advice

Calculator results, affordability indicators, payment breakdowns, paycheck estimates, retirement projections, article examples, and comparison outputs are educational estimates, not financial, investment, tax, payroll, legal, lending, or real-estate advice. They are not offers, approvals, quotes, guarantees, fiduciary recommendations, or promises of future performance.

Before acting, verify material figures and rules with the appropriate lender, employer, payroll department, plan administrator, tax professional, financial professional, housing counselor, government agency, or other qualified adviser.

4. Inputs, assumptions, and calculator limitations

Results depend on the information you enter and the assumptions available when the page was published or updated. Actual outcomes may differ because of rounding, rate changes, lender methods, underwriting, escrow adjustments, tax elections, payroll practices, contribution limits, plan rules, fees, investment performance, local requirements, and facts not included in the model.

Paycheck calculations are not pay stubs or tax-return calculations. 401(k) projections use hypothetical returns and do not guarantee investment results or employer contributions. Mortgage calculations do not determine creditworthiness, loan approval, final cash to close, or contractual payment obligations.

5. State, city, and location-based pages

State and city pages combine shared calculator logic with location-specific planning assumptions and public-source research. A page's existence does not mean Mortgage Easy App maintains an office, employee, lender relationship, or professional presence in that location. Local tax, insurance, home-value, safety, assistance, and cost assumptions can change or may not apply to a particular property or household.

6. Housing assistance and third-party information

Housing assistance listings and external-source summaries are research starting points. Program funding, eligibility, geography, participating lenders, income limits, purchase limits, deadlines, and official URLs can change without notice. Verify current terms directly with the administering agency or program provider before relying on them.

7. Saved comparisons, downloads, and shared links

Saved mortgage comparisons are stored in your browser and may include financial inputs and calculated results. You are responsible for controlling access to your device and clearing saved scenarios when appropriate. Reports, CSV files, and shared scenario links are snapshots based on the inputs and assumptions used at that time. Anyone receiving a shared file or link may be able to view the information included in it.

8. Articles and editorial content

Resources may use research, calculations, public sources, and drafting tools. We review published guides under our Editorial Standards, but publication does not create a professional-client relationship or eliminate the need to verify time-sensitive information.

9. Feedback, reviews, and other submissions

You are responsible for content you submit. Do not submit confidential information, private financial credentials, unlawful material, or content that violates another person's rights. Reviews may be displayed publicly. You grant Mortgage Easy App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, moderate, reproduce, and display submitted reviews and feedback as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Services. We may remove submissions that are abusive, misleading, unlawful, irrelevant, or technically harmful.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to mislead another person.
• Interfere with site operation, security, data integrity, or other users.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
• Scrape, copy, or automate requests in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the Services or violates applicable law.
• Remove ownership notices or falsely imply endorsement by Mortgage Easy App.

11. Intellectual property

The Mortgage Easy App name, logo, site design, calculator implementation, original content, and other protected materials are owned by Mortgage Easy App or used under license. These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use of the Services. They do not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce or redistribute protected material except where a page expressly permits citation or reuse.

12. Third-party websites and services

The Services may link to government agencies, housing programs, social platforms, and other third parties. Links are provided for research and convenience, not as guarantees or endorsements. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, or transactions.

13. Service availability and changes

We may correct, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of browser-stored scenarios, continued availability of any external source, or that every error will be corrected immediately.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Mortgage Easy App disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, and results. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mortgage Easy App will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or financial losses arising from or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Services or third-party information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
