This Privacy Policy applies to mortgageeasyapp.com and the mortgage, paycheck, and 401(k) calculators, local calculator pages, comparison tools, educational resources, feedback features, and related services available through the website (collectively, the "Services").

1. Calculator inputs and results

Mortgage, paycheck, and 401(k) calculations run in your browser. Entering salary, income, debt, home price, tax, contribution, or similar planning amounts does not, by itself, create an account or send those raw financial amounts to Mortgage Easy App.

If you choose to save a mortgage scenario for comparison, the scenario and its results are stored in your browser's local storage. Saved comparison data can include financial assumptions such as income, debt, home price, down payment, rates, fees, and calculated results. It remains on that device until you clear the comparison, clear browser data, or the browser removes it. Downloaded reports and CSV files are generated for you and saved through your browser.

2. Information you choose to submit

We collect information when you deliberately use a submission feature, including:

• Calculator feedback, including a rating, category, message, page location, selected city and state, estimated monthly payment, assistance-result count, and basic browser information.
• Reviews, including the name you provide or "Anonymous," your rating, review text, and submission date. Submitted reviews may be displayed publicly.
• Support communications, including your name, email address, message, and related correspondence when you contact or submit a support request to us.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, payment card information, tax documents, or other highly sensitive personal information in feedback, reviews, or support messages.

3. Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security providers may process request information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, timestamps, referring page, and diagnostic or security logs. We use this information to deliver the site, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and investigate technical problems.

4. Analytics and your choice

Google Analytics loads only after you select Accept in our analytics notice. When enabled, analytics can collect page views, approximate location, browser and device information, referral information, and interactions such as calculator type, selected city or state, loan type or term, report downloads, comparison actions, and feedback category or rating. We do not configure analytics to receive raw salary, income, debt, home-price, paycheck, contribution, or calculated payment amounts.

Advertising storage and ad personalization are set to denied. You can decline analytics or change your selection through Cookie Settings in the footer. Your selection is stored in local storage on your device. Google describes its default Analytics data collection in its Analytics documentation.

5. How we use information

• Provide and maintain the Services.
• Understand which pages and tools are useful after analytics consent.
• Investigate errors, protect the site, and prevent misuse.
• Review feedback and improve calculations, content, and usability.
• Display, moderate, or respond to reviews and support requests.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate the site, including website hosting and delivery, Google Analytics when accepted, Firebase database and storage services, and email delivery. These providers process information for the services they perform and under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the Services, investigate fraud or security issues, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the website. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. External links and sharing tools

Calculator pages and resources link to government agencies, housing programs, social networks, and other third-party websites. Opening or sharing through those services may allow the third party to collect information under its own privacy policy. Mortgage Easy App does not control those third-party practices.

8. Retention and security

We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable feature, respond to requests, maintain records, improve the Services, resolve disputes, protect security, and meet legal obligations. Browser-stored comparisons and consent preferences remain under your browser's control. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how personal information is used and disclosed. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent for future analytics collection. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law and may retain information when a legal exception applies.

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service. Mortgage Easy App does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for general adult financial planning and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

11. International use

Mortgage Easy App is operated for a United States audience. Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy protections in those locations may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes and contact
